Real Estate Investing depends for the most part on where exactly the business model surrounding the property lies. You can find all sorts of great pieces of land, but unless you convince a potential investor that the project planned will benefit them, then there is not really any use in you trying to present it to him. Real estate in itself has a lot to do with selling the emotional value to those who want to imagine their future in a place where they can enjoy themselves. Real estate investing depends on the profitability of the project depending on the area and the demand for it in that area.
