Tip: When using a curling iron be cautious not to hold it too near the skin or allow it to touch the skin as it will cause burns.

5.Let the Epoxy cure, this means allowing it to dry and set. Once this has been achieved remove the bits of wire from the plywood and then use fibreglass, tape and more epoxy to fill out the holes and prevent any leaks.
6.Once the complete structure has been constructed you will still need to waterproof your boat. Even if the plywood is already treated it must be painted and coated with a durable waterproofing finish. This finish will act as a sealant and prevent the wood from getting waterlogged. Before applying you finish you will need to sand down your boat utilizing your sand paper and/or other power tools to soften the body and edges. To achieve this you can use a thin coat of epoxy first to seal the wood and then out on a coat of regular outdoor paint to protect the wood from UV damage.
7.Your boat is now ready for the water.
Tips and Warnings
The total time to complete this project will vary. You will need to stop at some point to allow the epoxy to cure after you put on each coat this will usually require about 5-7 days. However, doing it efficiently is the only way to make certain that your boat will perform effectively.

Use cement if you want to re-enforce your posts. Combine the cement with water and pour it into the individual holes and fill half way
2.You will need to put up your smaller posts from the lighter pieces of lumber that you have. Cut them using a saw or power saw. For increased accuracy you may wish to measure them properly with a set square. Once these pieces are cut you may now attach them to the larger posts using a hammer and a few nails to put them in the most suitable areas. You mayassemble them based on your own design or any other you wish to use.
3.Finally you will have to put up wires for the grape vines to climb on. Drill holes into the individual posts, both the larger and smaller posts once this is done you can install your wire. You may have to anchor your wires so that they can hold up the vines. When you are installing the wires ensure that they are taut but not too tight so that they are stretched to the point of almost breaking. If you are installing an anchor or two be certain to place it in a hole of about 2-3 feet in depth and then make a loop at the top of it where the wire may be drawn through. You may also think about installing your wire by hammering a few nails at key points and then wrapping the wire around them at each point.
4.Your trellis is ready for your grapes.

Different types of grapes will require contrasting methods of care and maintenance. Therefore it is essential that you do the necessary research before choosing which type of grape you will grow.
Make sure that any treatments you utilize on your posts will not get into the soil and lower the quality of your grapes. Opt for protective coatings that are not highly toxic in the final stages of finishing your grape trellis, if your lumber is not treated or you wish to enhance the resistance the wood has against weathering.
Once the grape vines begin to grow you may need to intervene in the process and get them to grow slightly differently to maximize the intake of sunlight.
