There are several ways to minimize the glare including a few add-on devices that you can attach to the sight.

You also need to choose between an adjustable sight or a fixed sight. Most military services will use a fixed sight, but for other duties adjustable sights are appropriate. Fixed sights are used within law enforcement agencies because they are very durable. They are firmly installed to the weaponry and is much harder to break off. While adjustable sights are much easier to break off, however they are much more flexible when being used.
